Cairn
Cairn is an open-source Telegram bot for Starknet that anyone can host. It answers balance and transaction lookups in chat, alerts you when a watched wallet moves any token on Starknet or grants an approval, posts a project group's token buys and whale moves with USD values and .stark names, and warns everyone when the chain stalls or reorganises. It only reads the chain, over any JSON-RPC 0.10 node: it never holds a key, never signs, has no Mini App, and runs as one Node.js 24 process with no dependencies.
